KATHY's 'CREAM OF GREEN SOUP'
  • In a soup pot, put baby brocolli, some asparagas, cabbage, sweet red onion, wine, cognac, chicken broth (or water), garam masala, soy sauce, and cook about ten minutes.
  • put everything in a blender with 1/2 lb of tofu until smooth.
  • season to taste.
  • Cook a while longer to blend the tastes. Refrigerate overnight, and serve the next day. (Can be served immediately.)
